Features and Benefits

The primary seal is a three-dimensional multi-layer metal hard seal, i.e., stainless steel to stainless steel. The friction stroke between sealing surfaces is short during valve opening or closing, resulting in a long sealing surface service life. The valve becomes tighter as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance. The elastic properties of the composite metal seal ring provide zero leakage performance.

The valve adopts a triple-eccentric structure design, reducing friction between sealing surfaces. It achieves triple compensation during actual operation, enhancing valve performance and extending service life.

The right-angle rotation frictionless design is realized through a unique triple-eccentric principle, eliminating friction between the seat and sealing ring during 90° rotation. It uses lead-free, oil-free self-lubricating bearings with strong load capacity, excellent wear resistance, and low friction resistance.

The valve features a truss flow-through structure with streamlined design in the disc and improved casting quality on the disc surface to reduce flow resistance. Stainless steel rings are embedded in the valve body, forming a tapered structure that facilitates fluid flow and enhances casting quality, reducing flow resistance.

The valve is coated with epoxy resin through electrostatic spraying, offering high-performance corrosion resistance and suitability for harsh operating conditions, thereby extending service life.

Performance and advantages

Compared with ordinary butterfly valves, DB-type butterfly valves have no mechanical (fastener) connection inside, no possibility of mechanical connection failure, high reliability, and better adaptability to harsher working conditions.

The epoxy resin filling process makes the valve plate and the valve seat have the same interference on the entire contact surface, eliminating machining and assembly errors, uniform pressure, reducing operating torque, and reducing wear on the sealing surface.

The eccentric structure design allows the sealing surface to be instantly separated when opening and closing the valve, reducing friction and extending the service life of the seal.

The normal wear of the valve's internal sealing surface during use or minor damage caused by pipeline impurities can be adjusted through the external injection port, without disassembling the pipeline, to achieve pressure-online repair.

The valve plate adopts a truss structure design, which reduces the weight and improves the strength compared to the traditional valve plate shape. At the same time, it can maintain a larger free flow area, increase the flow coefficient, reduce the head loss, and reduce the scouring of the valve itself.

It adopts epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, high performance and corrosion resistance, can better adapt to harsh working conditions, and extend the service life.

The internal valve stem/valve disc drive avoids more leakage paths that may be generated by pin or bolt installation.

The flexible retaining ring provides compensatory valve seat sealing pressure on the valve disc. It is not only simple in structure and light in weight, but also has a small driving torque, easy and quick operation, and has good flow regulation function and closing sealing characteristics.
